Lilja Elementary School Physical Education Program

At Lilja, every student receives a developmentally appropriate physical education program that focuses on movement themes and skill concepts. The students are able to progress at their own pace and master a skill before moving on to the next challenge.  Teaching skills at this early age is imperative to achieving success and mastery in any given sport or activity.  Without these basic fundamentals, children will have difficulty utilizing these skills in a game-like situation.
