In the Freetown, MA, a bridge is close to washing out. The Charles River in Dover is flooded beyond typical points. The record actually occurred in 1995 - during a storm there - but it took until 2010 to verify it.  Mt. Washington held the record for about 40 years. A panel verified it in 2010, but the record, which has been subject to debate since 1995 because of wind scale issues, is still up in the air...no pun intended.   (AK is correspondent on the story).
